The rules of engagement for using ReviewWrangler's services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the review request communications sent by ReviewWrangler ("we," "us," or "our") on behalf of home service businesses ("our clients"). By receiving and engaging with these communications, you agree to these Terms.

ReviewWrangler provides an automated review generation service for local home service businesses. When a business completes a job, we send a follow-up message to their customer — on the business's behalf — requesting feedback on their service experience.
Messages are sent via SMS and/or email. They are not unsolicited marketing messages. They are sent to customers of home service businesses who have an existing service relationship with that business and who have explicitly consented to receive SMS communications.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Max 2 messages per completed job. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Review request emails are sent on behalf of the home service business that completed work at your property. Your email address was provided to that business in the course of your service relationship with them.
To opt out of email communications, reply with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. You will be removed from future outreach within one business day.
Any Google review you choose to leave is entirely voluntary. ReviewWrangler will never offer compensation, discounts, or incentives in exchange for a review. Reviews should reflect your genuine experience.
If you indicate a negative experience via our feedback form, your response is shared privately with the home service business for their internal use only. It will not be published publicly by us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to any end-user is limited to the cost of the specific communication sent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were last made. Continued engagement with our communications constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
