ReviewWrangler ("we," "us," or "our") provides automated review generation services on behalf of local home service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with those services — specifically the SMS and email messages sent to customers of our clients.

Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to individuals ("end-users") who receive SMS messages or emails sent through our platform on behalf of a home service business (our "client"). It also applies to business owners and operators who use ReviewWrangler's services directly.

Information We Collect

We collect and process the following information provided to us by our clients:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Service type (e.g. water damage restoration, roof repair)
• Job completion date

This information is provided to our clients by their customers in the normal course of a service relationship. We do not collect this information directly from end-users — we receive it from the business that served you.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to send a review request on behalf of the home service business that completed work for you. Specifically:

• A single SMS may be sent requesting feedback on your service experience
• A single email follow-up may be sent if no response is received to the initial SMS
• If you indicate a negative experience, your feedback is routed privately to the business for their internal review

We do not use your information for any other marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number to a home service business, and by consenting to receive SMS messages from that business, you acknowledge that the business may follow up via SMS regarding your service experience.

Every SMS message we send includes opt-out instructions. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Once you reply STOP, your number will be added to our opt-out list and no further messages will be sent.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is limited to a maximum of two messages per service job — one SMS and one email follow-up only.

Email Messaging

If you received an email from us on behalf of a home service business, it was sent because that business provided your email address as a customer contact. You can opt out of future emails by replying with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We may share your information with the following parties solely to deliver our service:

• The home service business that completed work for you
• Twilio — SMS delivery provider
• Google — email delivery and form hosting
• Zoho — email infrastructure

Data Retention

We retain customer contact information only as long as necessary to complete the review request sequence for a given job — typically no longer than 60 days from the job completion date. After that period, records are archived and personal contact details are no longer used for outreach.

Your Rights

• Opt out of SMS — reply STOP to any message
• Opt out of email — reply with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line
• Request deletion — contact us at the email below
• Ask what we hold — contact us at the email below

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were last made.
