ReviewWrangler is an automated review generation service that sends SMS and email messages on behalf of local home service businesses — including plumbers, HVAC technicians, roofers, restoration companies, and other trades — following a completed job.

If you received an SMS from a home service business powered by ReviewWrangler, this page explains exactly what that means, how your consent was collected, and how to opt out.

How You Opted In

You provided your phone number to a home service business when booking or completing a service. That business collected your explicit consent to receive SMS follow-up messages regarding your service experience through one or both of the following:

A written disclosure in the business's service agreement or job completion paperwork
A verbal or written acknowledgment at the time of service

Sender: ReviewWrangler, operating on behalf of your home service provider
Frequency: Maximum 2 messages per completed job — 1 SMS review request and 1 email follow-up only if no response is received
Content: A personalized thank-you and request to leave a Google review. No promotional or marketing content.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately and permanently stop receiving SMS from ReviewWrangler. No further messages will be sent to your number after opting out.
